Study, analysis and development of a an after-sales diagnostic solution for managing the workshop diagnosis for all the failures on a machine of the company.

Primary tasks:

• Estimation and choice of development tools.
• Analysis and design of RS232, ISO9141, ISO15765 and KWP2000 communication drivers
• Collaboration with suppliers of hardware interface and calculators
• Development of an evolutive framework (100 projects and 2000 classes), components and applications
  Framework based on the extensive use of reflection and multi-threading
• GUI based on Winforms and WPF, contextual menus and 3D components (OpenGL and DirectX )
• Defining the applications look and feel
• Development of specifications in coordination with the after-sales service
• GUI Designing
• Software Expert
• Technical referer
• Defining development rules and standards
• Design of wizards & automatic code generation for developers
• Automating redundant tasks
• Assistance and advice to developers team
• Conducting of code reviews
• Packaging of the installation files (via Install Shield and InnoSetup )
• Implementation and management of updates via a website
• Definition and implementation of test procedures
• Writing functional and technical specifications
• Writing user documentation
• Correction and maintenance of applications
• Technology intelligence/watch.
• Design of Java components (Eclipse env.) for integration into authoring system
• Various development tools, batch (Visual Basic, VB Script , VBA, Excel , Java Script , ... )
• Design of testbed and quality management applications ( VB6 , Access, SQL Server)
• OS: Windows 98, 2000, XP and Vista
• Environments : Visual Studio 6, 2005 and 2008, Source Safe, Team Foundation Server
• Advanced knowledge in C# . NET framework 1.0 to 3.5
